At a minimum, 10 chapters need to be added each year over the next 5 years to reach every major metropolitan area in the West.
In the 13 western states alone 678,900 children are at risk for abuse this year and their families need our help. Safe Families for Children serves families by surrounding them with a safety net – our volunteers and caring professionals are committed to helping the family stay intact as they work through the crisis that puts them at risk. Through a strategic expansion of Safe Families for Children chapters we can permanently tranform broken families into whole and healthy families.
